Sub-processors

These are the third parties that process personal data on our behalf. It is part of the Privacy Policy.

If you self-host, only the payment row can apply to you — and only when you buy a licence. Nothing in your instance passes through anyone on this list, because it never reaches us in the first place.

  • No analytics or advertising vendor. Our websites do run analytics — Plausible — but on a server we operate ourselves, so no third party receives the data and there is no vendor to list. What it collects is described under Websites in the Privacy Policy. There is no advertising network and no session recorder.
  • No AI model provider. AI features run on credentials you supply, so your chosen provider is your sub-processor, not ours. What you send them is governed by your agreement with them.
  • No CRM or marketing platform. Support runs over plain email.

Cloud runs in Tokyo, Japan. Japan holds an adequacy decision from the European Commission, so transfers of personal data from the EEA to our Cloud infrastructure rest on that decision rather than on standard contractual clauses.

Our own company is registered in China, and staff there administer the service. Your workspace data is stored and processed in Japan; administrative access to it from China is limited to what operating the service requires.

We will update this page before adding a sub-processor that handles Cloud workspace data. If you have a data processing agreement with us and object to a new sub-processor, the process for that is in the agreement.
